Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
- Strong knowledge of team leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- Physical endurance for restaurant environment
