Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, sanitation, alcohol service, safety, and security systems
  • Demonstrated passion for training and developing staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage safety and security systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide direction, supervision, and coaching for all HOH team members
  • Oversee food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • Facilitate training and development of kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless guest experience
