Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, sanitation, alcohol service, safety, and security systems
- Demonstrated passion for training and developing staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage safety and security systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide direction, supervision, and coaching for all HOH team members
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- Facilitate training and development of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver a seamless guest experience
