Job Requirements

  • Ability to work nights and weekends consistently
  • Physical ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Dedication to maintaining high product quality standards
  • Availability to work during peak business hours
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily kitchen team operations including training, development, and performance management
  • Make production and personnel decisions to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage shift-level kitchen operations ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
  • Hire, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and preparation standards are met consistently
  • Maintain food safety certifications and oversee cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Assume restaurant responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
