Job Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen team operations including training, development, and performance management
- Make production and personnel decisions to achieve operational excellence
- Manage shift-level kitchen operations ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
- Hire, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and preparation standards are met consistently
- Maintain food safety certifications and oversee cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assume restaurant responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
