Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of relevant management experience
- knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to supervise and train staff
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, safety, and sanitation
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and responsible alcohol service policies
- train and develop team members to achieve high performance
- manage inventory and control food costs
- promote safety and security systems and procedures
