Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of relevant management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to supervise and train staff
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • ability to train and develop team members

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, safety, and sanitation
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and responsible alcohol service policies
  • train and develop team members to achieve high performance
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • promote safety and security systems and procedures
