Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of food and beverage management experience
  • proven understanding of operational excellence
  • required state alcohol certification
  • manager ServSafe certification
  • bilingual Spanish and English a plus
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Job Duties

  • lead the kitchen team and manage daily operations
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • collaborate with management and vendors to optimize processes
  • handle scheduling and labor cost control
