Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory

- Experience in conducting employee evaluations and training
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Job Duties
- Manage hourly back of house employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring back of house employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Conduct food orders according to pars
- Provide direct and schedule back of house training
- Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with recipes and procedures
- Plate dishes according to Native Grill & Wings plate presentations
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food costs by conducting bi weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Maintain a positive consistent open working environment
