Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work up to forty hours per week
  • Willingness to allocate time for planning
  • Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

  • Previous experience in restaurant kitchen management or related food service role

  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes

Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner meeting or exceeding quality standards
  • Coach behaviors of Team Leaders and Team Members focusing on urgency, attention to detail, and food safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory, conduct end-of-month counts, and maintain accurate transfer logs
  • Execute efficient ordering and maintain a LEAN production environment
  • Coach, evaluate, and hold kitchen team members accountable
  • Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and facilities and ensure scheduled maintenance and cleaning
