Job Requirements

- Previous kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work up to forty hours per week

Job Duties
- Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner meeting or exceeding quality standards
- Coach behaviors of Team Leaders and Team Members focusing on urgency, attention to detail, and food safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory, conduct end-of-month counts, and maintain accurate transfer logs
- Execute efficient ordering and maintain a LEAN production environment
- Coach, evaluate, and hold kitchen team members accountable
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and facilities and ensure scheduled maintenance and cleaning
