  • Proven ability to manage ordering, inventory, and scheduling

  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared consistently to brand standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
  • Lead opening and closing kitchen procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Create and manage kitchen team schedules to support business needs and labor efficiency
  • Maintain full responsibility for ordering, inventory control, and product levels
  • Monitor food cost and minimize waste through proper prep, storage, and rotation
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members to build a strong, reliable staff
