- Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role

Job Duties
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflow
- This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- The Kitchen Manager will play a key role in supervising kitchen operations, controlling inventory, and upholding the restaurant's standards for food production and safety
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to uphold health codes
- Implement and oversee food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage and preparation techniques
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow during shifts
- Assist in menu planning and food production to meet customer expectations
