Job Requirements

  • Must consent to a background check
  • Must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Basset certification within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Allergen certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
  • An average work week will be 50 plus hours
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Work with hot and cold food items

Job Qualifications

  • Has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • College degree is preferred but not required
  • High school degree is sufficient if you have leadership experience
  • Extremely friendly, polite and a people person who has attention to detail
  • Great communication skills that will help the staff to understand daily expectations to meet various goals
  • Ability to coach and develop a diverse staff and handle in the moment coaching events in a stressful environment in a professional manner

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the profitability, sanitation and execution of the restaurant
  • Engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
  • Assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas
  • Communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
  • Monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required
  • Among other duties
