Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Current alcohol and food certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership
  • Positive conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

  • Follow up with corrective actions when needed
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts
