Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct the activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • Implement purchasing and cost controls
  • Follow up with corrective action where needed
  • Ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
  • Perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • Conduct training and maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
