Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
High school diploma preferred
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
