  • three to five years of recent fine dining kitchen manager experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

  • coordinate inventory management and food ordering
  • lead training programs for kitchen staff
