Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Monitor food quality and safety ensuring compliance with all relevant certifications
  • Resolve conflicts and support positive team dynamics
  • Take corrective action when operational issues arise to maintain efficiency
