Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • able to lift 25-50 pounds

  • Manage back of the house operations
  • direct activities of hourly kitchen associates
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • follow up with corrective action
  • ensure food is made from scratch and meets specifications
  • perform administrative and accounting duties
