Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- willingness to complete training at the Jalapeno Tree in Tyler, TX
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with restaurant systems and tools

Job Duties

- manage BOH scheduling and shift leadership
- oversee food and supply ordering and inventory control
- maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food service regulations
- train and coach kitchen staff to ensure team development
- uphold a clean and organized kitchen environment
