Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to manage safety and security systems and procedures
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • Understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems relevant to restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Manage inventory and supply ordering to maintain kitchen efficiency
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and operational knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver seamless guest experiences
