Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proven track record of managing food and labor costs
- ability to train and develop a diverse team
- reliability and strong work ethic

- Previous high-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
- strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop others
- ability to train, mentor and develop team members
- stable track record and work history in previous positions
- dependable, reliable and motivated individual
- experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control
- strong organizational skills
- exceptional customer service standards
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
- experience managing mids and closing shifts preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards
- manage and lead kitchen staff, providing coaching and development
- control food and labor costs to meet budget goals
- maintain health, safety and sanitation regulations
- plan and coordinate kitchen schedules and shifts
- implement and enforce operational and customer service standards
- support continuous training and development programs for team members
