Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior managerial experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn and implement policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate restaurant operations to meet sales and cost objectives
  • Train, lead, and support team members to ensure high employee retention
  • Ensure guest service and satisfaction by providing responsive and courteous service
  • Maintain food quality by enforcing preparation and cooking standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Control cash and manage receipts accurately
  • Make employment and termination recommendations and handle related documentation
