Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience with kitchen management in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • direct back-of-house hourly associates
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • follow up with corrective actions where needed
  • maintain compliance with food and alcohol safety certifications
  • lead team with strong leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
