Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required by state
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • compliance with state alcohol and food certification requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • current responsible alcohol service certification meeting state requirements
  • current food safety certification meeting state requirements
  • prior experience as restaurant manager kitchen manager BOH manager general manager supervisor crew lead or shift lead preferred

Job Duties

  • direct activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • provide coaching, feedback and people development for back of the house staff
  • ensure made-from-scratch food is prepared to specification
  • perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • enforce responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
  • lead and motivate kitchen team for efficient operations
