Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
