Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year's experience with kitchen management in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
