Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee back of the house operations including managing hourly associates
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
- Implement and monitor purchasing and cost control measures
- Ensure made from scratch food is prepared to specified standards
- Perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- Follow up with corrective actions where needed
- Assign additional duties as required
