Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
  • extensive knowledge of kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking techniques
  • strong leadership and managerial skills
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
  • familiarity with inventory management systems and software

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead the kitchen staff
