Job Requirements
- one year previous restaurant management experience
- must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications
- one year previous restaurant management experience
- certification in food safety such as SERVE safe preferred
- computer skills preferred
- willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred
Job Duties
- assist with staffing levels and determining which staff are assigned to each shift
- manage all employees to maintain high employment quality standards including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination
- recruit, interview, and hire employees to staff the restaurant
- champion development paths for all employees to reach career goals
- enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance
- ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
- actively participate as a member of the management team
- respond to guest comments and seek opportunities to build guest count
- set excellent customer service and work examples
- demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and preparation
- engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant
