Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant including dining and bar
  • Solid track record of success in previous roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
  • Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
  • Understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance

  • Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of full-service restaurant operations including dining and bar
  • Ensure exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
  • Motivate, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and labor costs effectively
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive business initiatives and meet financial targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
