Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • This is a full-time morning shift position requiring availability for 50–60 hours per week, with 10-hour shifts each day
  • This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of a beloved brand, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and overall business growth
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment with clear performance expectations
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Address employee concerns and foster team collaboration
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor and act on guest reviews to maintain service excellence
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships efficiently
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage budgets, including cost controls and revenue goals
  • Optimize costs in alignment with set metrics:
  • 30% of revenue to the cost of goods sold
  • 30% of revenue to labor costs
  • 10% of revenue to miscellaneous expenses
  • Monitor sales and profitability, making adjustments as needed
  • Menu & Food Quality:
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and update menu offerings
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Compliance & Licensing:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes
  • Manage health department inspections
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality
