Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- This is a full-time morning shift position requiring availability for 50–60 hours per week, with 10-hour shifts each day
- This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of a beloved brand, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and overall business growth
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff
- Create a positive and motivating work environment with clear performance expectations
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Address employee concerns and foster team collaboration
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor and act on guest reviews to maintain service excellence
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships efficiently
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, including cost controls and revenue goals
- Optimize costs in alignment with set metrics:
- 30% of revenue to the cost of goods sold
- 30% of revenue to labor costs
- 10% of revenue to miscellaneous expenses
- Monitor sales and profitability, making adjustments as needed
- Menu & Food Quality:
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and update menu offerings
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Partner with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Compliance & Licensing:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes
- Manage health department inspections
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality
