Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
  • able to stand for prolonged periods move quickly bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
  • frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
  • ability to read write and operate computer and phone systems
  • must be available for 50-55 hours per week including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
  • strong leadership coaching and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage inventory food safety and BOH labor schedules
  • proficiency in POS and restaurant systems (Aloha Microsoft Office Compeat)
  • detail-oriented with strong time management and cost control awareness
  • ability to train and develop a high-performing BOH team
  • committed to maintaining a clean safe and respectful workplace

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house operations with focus on food quality cleanliness team development and guest satisfaction
  • manage BOH scheduling food and supply ordering inventory control and cost of goods management
  • train and coach staff ensuring a clean and organized kitchen
  • lead successful shifts using restaurant systems and tools
  • uphold compliance with health safety and food service regulations
  • oversee BOH hiring terminations and payroll changes
  • assist with employee discipline and development
  • implement new menus recipes and promotions
