Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- able to stand for prolonged periods move quickly bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
- ability to read write and operate computer and phone systems
- must be available for 50-55 hours per week including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- strong leadership coaching and communication skills
- proven ability to manage inventory food safety and BOH labor schedules
- proficiency in POS and restaurant systems (Aloha Microsoft Office Compeat)
- detail-oriented with strong time management and cost control awareness
- ability to train and develop a high-performing BOH team
- committed to maintaining a clean safe and respectful workplace
Job Duties
- lead back-of-house operations with focus on food quality cleanliness team development and guest satisfaction
- manage BOH scheduling food and supply ordering inventory control and cost of goods management
- train and coach staff ensuring a clean and organized kitchen
- lead successful shifts using restaurant systems and tools
- uphold compliance with health safety and food service regulations
- oversee BOH hiring terminations and payroll changes
- assist with employee discipline and development
- implement new menus recipes and promotions
