Ability to train, guide and lead staff
Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
Assists the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant operations P&L, monitoring production output and food costs
Maintains ongoing proper food inventory levels and product pricing
Follows company guidelines on vendor relationships
Assists the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing menu sales promotions and assures the success of the promotions
Assists the General Manager with recruiting and hiring Kitchen Crew and Utility Staff
Assists with ordering and maintenance of all food and paper inventories
Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
