Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- able to stand for prolonged periods, move quickly, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
- ability to read, write, and operate computer and phone systems
- must be available for 50-55 hours per week, including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in POS and restaurant systems such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, and Compeat
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- detail-oriented with strong time management and cost control awareness
- ability to train and develop a high-performing team
Job Duties
- Manage back-of-house scheduling and staffing
- order food and supplies while controlling inventory
- maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- train and coach kitchen staff to improve performance
- oversee kitchen cleanliness and organization
- implement new menus, recipes, and promotions
- assist with employee discipline and development
