Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • passion for training and developing the team
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operation skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

  • support responsible alcohol service
