  • Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient and complete pace

  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen including taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen including taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
  • Lead kitchen staff throughout the day ensuring efficiency and a positive work atmosphere
  • Manage inventory and work every position at the store
  • Maintain the kitchen clean, hygienic, and orderly at all times
  • Adhere to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients, and personnel
  • Strive for quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
  • Work to reduce food cost and waste
