Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
- Lead kitchen staff throughout the day ensuring efficiency and a positive work atmosphere
- Manage inventory and work every position at the store
- Maintain the kitchen clean, hygienic, and orderly at all times
- Adhere to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients, and personnel
- Strive for quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Work to reduce food cost and waste
