Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in a Kitchen Manager or similar executive-level role
- experience with grand openings including staffing a restaurant kitchen from scratch
- ability to speak Spanish is preferred
- passion for seafood and culinary creativity
- strong leadership and communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to manage food costs and kitchen inventory effectively
