Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a Kitchen Manager or similar executive-level role
  • experience with grand openings including staffing a restaurant kitchen from scratch
  • ability to speak Spanish is preferred
  • passion for seafood and culinary creativity
  • strong leadership and communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to manage food costs and kitchen inventory effectively

  • advanced culinary skills including food preparation and flavor pairings
  • current knowledge of restaurant industry trends

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary staff and kitchen operations
  • manage food costs and inventory control
  • develop and innovate menu offerings
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food handling regulations
  • train, direct, and supervise kitchen staff
  • maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
