Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods, move quickly, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
  • Frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
  • Ability to read, write, and operate computer and phone systems
  • Must be available for 50-55 hours per week, including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in POS and restaurant systems such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, and Compeat
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and cost control awareness
  • Ability to train and develop a high-performing back-of-house team
  • Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful workplace

Job Duties

  • Manage back-of-house scheduling
  • Order food and supplies
  • Control inventory and cost of goods
  • Train and coach kitchen staff
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Lead successful kitchen shifts using restaurant systems
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
