Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to operate computer systems related to restaurant management

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems
  • Strong passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Manage daily kitchen schedules and labor to optimize efficiency
  • Coordinate inventory and supply management
  • Train and develop team members to foster growth and performance
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
