Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to operate computer systems related to restaurant management

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage daily kitchen schedules and labor to optimize efficiency
- Coordinate inventory and supply management
- Train and develop team members to foster growth and performance
- Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
