Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
  • high volume restaurant experience preferred
  • R365 inventory systems experience preferred
  • must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 35 hours a week
  • ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • will frequently reach feel bend stoop carry finely manipulate and key in data
  • flexible schedule nights weekends
  • must be able to tolerate potential allergens including peanut products egg dairy gluten soy seafood and shellfish

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Order materials supplies and ingredients based on demand
  • maintain food safety and hygiene standards including proper labeling and temperature records
  • work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to support train and develop all kitchen team members fostering collaboration
  • supervise kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation and exceptional guest service
  • monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments
  • reduce food cost and optimize profitability by minimizing food waste using proper food rotation and portioning
  • work with kitchen team throughout shifts to ensure proper speed of service ticket times
  • schedule work shifts for employees
  • store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen and lead effort to ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order reporting malfunctions
