Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
- high volume restaurant experience preferred
- R365 inventory systems experience preferred
- must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 35 hours a week
- ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- will frequently reach feel bend stoop carry finely manipulate and key in data
- flexible schedule nights weekends
- must be able to tolerate potential allergens including peanut products egg dairy gluten soy seafood and shellfish

Job Duties
- Order materials supplies and ingredients based on demand
- maintain food safety and hygiene standards including proper labeling and temperature records
- work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to support train and develop all kitchen team members fostering collaboration
- supervise kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation and exceptional guest service
- monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments
- reduce food cost and optimize profitability by minimizing food waste using proper food rotation and portioning
- work with kitchen team throughout shifts to ensure proper speed of service ticket times
- schedule work shifts for employees
- store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen and lead effort to ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order reporting malfunctions
