Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation principles, and responsible alcohol service
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to maintain safety and security
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • exhibit passion for training and developing a team
  • demonstrate leadership and communication skills
  • have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • manage safety and security systems and procedures
  • implement best-in-class training and continuous learning programs
  • develop and maintain a positive and energetic team environment
  • monitor food quality and operational efficiency to deliver legendary guest experiences
