Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • 2 plus years experience in leading others
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 10 plus team members
  • Basic computer and iPad competency
  • Kitchen experience a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Delivers a "remark"able experience to all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A, both internal and external
  • Ensures the back of house is adequately scheduled to meet the needs of our guests
  • Serves as a leader, trainer, and mentor to the BOH team members on his/her team
  • Trains new Food Services team members and follows up to ensure they’re equipped for success
  • Ensures Chick-fil-A policies and procedures are followed
  • Conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with team members, maintains a positive working relationship, and treats all employees with dignity, honor, and respect while holding them accountable for their individual responsibilities
  • Performs daily cleanliness, safety, and quality checks throughout all areas of the back of house
  • Responsible for inventory management, and ensures the products are being rotated using the FIFO principle
  • Complete understanding of each key position in the back of the restaurant
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
