Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- 2 plus years experience in leading others
- Proven ability to lead a team of 10 plus team members
- Basic computer and iPad competency
- Kitchen experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Delivers a "remark"able experience to all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A, both internal and external
- Ensures the back of house is adequately scheduled to meet the needs of our guests
- Serves as a leader, trainer, and mentor to the BOH team members on his/her team
- Trains new Food Services team members and follows up to ensure they’re equipped for success
- Ensures Chick-fil-A policies and procedures are followed
- Conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with team members, maintains a positive working relationship, and treats all employees with dignity, honor, and respect while holding them accountable for their individual responsibilities
- Performs daily cleanliness, safety, and quality checks throughout all areas of the back of house
- Responsible for inventory management, and ensures the products are being rotated using the FIFO principle
- Complete understanding of each key position in the back of the restaurant
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
