Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to oversee Heart-of-House operations effectively
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to operate computer systems related to kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and kitchen safety
  • Monitor inventory and food quality to meet company standards
