Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality or restaurant venue required
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality or restaurant venue required
  • experience preparing banquet style events
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated Food and Beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor and supplies
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise and execute events including food and beverage preparation and service
  • estimate food consumption and make purchases from specified food program
  • schedule staff efficiently
  • recruit, hire, train and retain kitchen staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing and storage of all food
  • manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
