Job Requirements
- Must consent to a background check
- must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
- must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
- must have a valid driver's license and insurance
- willing to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift, load, and carry up to 40 pounds
- able to work with hot and cold food items
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- college degree preferred but not required
- high school degree sufficient with leadership experience
- extremely friendly, polite and a people person with attention to detail
- great communication skills
- ability to coach and develop a diverse staff and handle in-the-moment coaching events professionally
Job Duties
- Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
- engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
- assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas
- communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
- monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required
