Job Requirements
- preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- have a passion for training and developing your team
- be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- be able to maintain a positive and energetic work environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- manage safe food handling and sanitation practices
- handle responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- train and develop kitchen staff
- coordinate kitchen operations and workflow to meet service demands
