Job Requirements

  • preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • have a passion for training and developing your team
  • be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • be able to maintain a positive and energetic work environment

Job Qualifications

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for team development
  • prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • handle responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • coordinate kitchen operations and workflow to meet service demands
