Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years management experience managing a kitchen
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Proactive with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead with energy by owning day-to-day kitchen operations and delivering consistently high-quality food
- Set the standard for food quality, presentation, and safety by coaching and developing the kitchen team
- Drive smooth and efficient service by planning preparation, managing workflow, and maintaining composure under pressure
- Provide hands-on training, feedback, and support to build team confidence and capability
- Take ownership of inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to minimize waste and support venue performance
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and memorable guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by enforcing health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Develop personal and team skills while mastering the fast-paced entertainment venue operations
