Job Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Computer operation skills
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Manage responsible alcohol service, safety, and security procedures
  • Train and develop kitchen team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Monitor food quality, preparation efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Support continuous learning and team engagement through training programs and contests
