Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations
  • Strong passion for team development
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage safety and security procedures
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling procedures
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • Train and develop team members to foster growth and high performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Monitor food quality and customer satisfaction
