Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent organizational and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations and oversee the Heart-of-House team
  • ensure compliance with health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • provide training and development to kitchen staff
  • monitor workflow and food quality
  • enforce labor laws and safety procedures
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain inventory and control food costs
