Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of kitchen management required
- Culinary arts degree preferred
- Food Managers Certification required
- Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends including peak periods
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and traverse stairs frequently
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance

Job Duties
- Provide direction, coaching, and leadership for all back-of-house employees including food preparation and safety and sanitation practices
- Hire, coach, and train kitchen staff on assignments and equipment use
- Train kitchen and concessions personnel in cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures in collaboration with HR
- Prepare quality food according to recipe specifications within approved ticket times
- Ensure food freshness through proper purchasing and FIFO product rotation
- Check and log food storage temperatures daily and address maintenance issues
- Attend training and train staff on new menu items
- Implement and monitor changes in food products and kitchen procedures
- Maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control
- Lead rollout of company initiatives and new menu implementations
- Ensure daily operations including opening, mid, and closing duties are completed
- Maintain kitchen equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs
- Deliver exceptional guest experience with great food and drinks
- Manage guest relations proactively and resolve issues positively
- Assist managers and General Manager with front-of-house duties as needed
- Schedule kitchen staff weekly based on forecast, movie schedule, and availability
- Execute private events to enhance sales and guest experience
- Monitor and control food cost and usage by following requisition, storage, recipes, and waste control
- Ensure successful delivery of daily and weekly budgets, goals, and objectives
- Perform other assigned duties as required
