Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Passion for training and team development
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively

  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems relevant to restaurant operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
  • Supervise and provide direction to Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and growth
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs
  • Coordinate with other restaurant managers to optimize overall restaurant performance
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards within the kitchen area
