- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- Passion for training and team development
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and safety
- Supervise and provide direction to Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance and growth
- Monitor inventory and control food costs
- Coordinate with other restaurant managers to optimize overall restaurant performance
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards within the kitchen area
