Job Requirements
- 3-5 years restaurant kitchen management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 18 yrs old+ required
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- High standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Ability to multitask and lead under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco ordering, or similar systems

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen team members, including new hires
- Assign stations and tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Coach team members and provide performance feedback
- Support hiring, scheduling, and BOH staffing decisions
- Create a positive, safety-focused kitchen culture
- Ensure food is prepared and plated according to Luna Grill standards
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety practices
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product rotation (FIFO)
- Complete daily audits, logs, and operational checklists
- Oversee equipment maintenance and report repair needs
- Monitor labor and food costs to support financial goals
- Assist with catering, special events, and operational planning
